As a former student-athlete, I understand how challenging it can be to balance school, sports, and life. I’m passionate about supporting young adults and LGBTQ+ clients navigating anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, and I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you feel seen and supported.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, along with expressive and mindfulness practices, to help you better understand your emotions, tap into creativity, and find inner calm. My goal is to meet you with empathy and compassion—helping you navigate challenges, recognize your strengths, and discover what’s possible, together.
